STRENGTH TO ENDURE THE UNCERTAINTY OF TODAY

This is a moment for us to call upon God with sincere hearts, seeking His direction, and His unwavering truth. Our hope and confidence lie solely on the One True God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  Yeshua said, “I AM the Way — and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6 CJB

We humble ourselves before our Holy God so that He may lead us in righteousness and grant us the strength to endure as we face great instability, dangers and the darkness enveloping our nation, Israel, and the world.  We do not know what evil lurks ahead, but we must encourage and build ourselves up in our faith in the LORD, and the surety and power of His Word.

In Isaiah 45:7 AMPC, the LORD declares: “I form the light and create darkness. I make peace {national well-being} and I create {physical} evil (calamity); I the LORD do all these things.”

We must be willing to lay down our own ideas and our own abilities and learn how to be still before the LORD. We must pray God’s will to be done—especially when we do not have complete clarity or understanding on how the LORD will unfold His plans to accomplish His eternal purposes on earth as it is in heaven. 

Much can be averted through persistent and effective prayer. Let us join together in fervent prayer for America as we approach the upcoming elections, which could bring  dire consequences for all of us. We pray for Israel and for the vast Jewish community in the USA—may they hear the beckoning of the Lord to make Aliyah now.  We pray that our nation will not turn against Israel or take its stand among the enemies of Israel. We pray for the protection of all Jewish American people in our nation. We pray for peace to come to God’s Land and her people.

The LORD will never forsake His people, He will deliver them for His Great Name’s Sake.  “Now therefore, stand and see this great thing which the Lord will do before your eyes: For the Lord will not forsake His people, for His great name’s sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make you His people. 1 Samuel 12:16, 22 NKJV

Join us, as we pray this powerful prayer by Derek Prince: Almighty God, our Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of the LORD Jesus Christ, redeemed by His blood, committed to serve and follow Him. We come to You as Your believing people, Your representatives in this earth, the agents of Your government in the earth. We lift up to You this nation of ours, the United States of America. We thank You for the many centuries of special grace and mercy that You have granted to this nation. We thank You for the Godly seeds that have been sown over the centuries by men of faith who have followed in Your footsteps—labored, sacrificed, prayed, and given for Your Kingdom.

LORD, we desire that these godly seeds shall develop into a harvest that shall be reaped for Your purposes. We ask You to extend Your grace and mercy to this nation. We ask You to send a mighty visitation of the Holy Spirit that will overthrow the strongholds of Satan and uplift and glorify the name of the LORD Jesus Christ. We ask you for a mighty floodtide of spiritual revival that will sweep across this nation, casting down everything that opposes itself against the knowledge of God.

And we commit to You now specifically the forthcoming elections and all of the political processes involved. We take our stand in Jesus’ name against every satanic principality and power that would seek to exercise control in these elections. We break their power; we release the elective and the governmental processes from their control, and we put them in Your hands. We pray that You will raise up the men and women of Your choice; put down those who will oppose and stand against Your purposes for this nation.

LORD, we do believe that You have a special destiny for the United States, and we pray that nothing that Satan will do will be able to hinder that destiny.

We also pray, LORD, for the relationship of the United States to Israel. That You will keep Your hand upon it and that You will also guide and overrule, to the benefit of Israel. That this nation will not turn against Israel or take its stand among the enemies of Israel. That You will graciously use this nation continually to support and uphold Your people, Israel, and their state.

LORD, we ask all these things, believing them to be Your will and believing them to be for Your glory, in the precious all prevailing name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Savior. AMEN!
